you guys are HIGH. Maiden has NEVER been bigger or more important to the hard rock/metal world or its fans. Period. End of story. Nobody sells albums in any meaningful numbers. Not even Stones, Bon Jovi, Metallica...anyone. Are Maiden still selling out arenas and stadiums???? HELL YES...

Totally agree - odds are it's related to Book of Daniel semantically or thematically or both. The world is in a very precarious place right now for (obviously) a bunch of reasons. Something "prophetic" seems very likely. Game on...

WOTW is a cool name for album and esp given the political state of the world right now. could totally see it. BF sounds like a cool song where they actually don't even mention the title in lyrics. but cool backstory so welcome song time to me.

i don't do vinyl just quality digital (FLAC). i don't dislike vinyl i just can't deal with the maintenance, pops/clicks/etc. but, yeah, i've got all the reissue cd's for the entire 80's canon...and i still feel BNW is the best-sounding album they've ever put out.

for my money (and played through MartinLogan ESL 11 speakers with NAD amplification and SVS sealed sub) NO OTHER recorded song Maiden has done sounds better than "Out of the Silent Planet" off BNW. just insane impact and clarity.
