The First Ten Years on vinyl (for sale)

Yeah, I remember when these were released.  My record store guy called me up (he knew my love of Maiden) and asked if I'd want to order the set.  Hell yeah.  They came out one or two at a time over a matter of a few months (if I recall correctly)  And I went with the vinyl set with box.  And a...

What are you currently liking in between TFF listens?

I put all 15 studio records of Iron Maiden into a playlist, and hit shuffle, and then crank it up.  Done that for a few days now.  There isn't a Maiden song that I don't know by heart...after listening to them since 82. Up the Irons!!! Sam :rocker:

Official thread for Final Frontier discussion

well, I think it has been long enough with the new album.  It is amazing.  And now it fits in great with all the others.  I added it to my 15 studio album playlist of Maiden albums, and hit shuffle, and let it all play together... and this new album fits perfectly with all the others. Up The...

    Questions for older fans

Oh, as an old geezer...  (ok 43 isn't that old..is it?)  I always love these type of questions.  I know I wrote about it before, but my first experience with Iron Maiden was right before the NOTB came out.  Living in California thru High School, a bud had asked me if I'd heard of Iron...

    What's so great about Killers?

I think to me, as I've said before on this forum, Killers was the first of the two albums I heard, and Ides of March being the first Iron Maiden sound to ever rape my ear holes. So Killers has a very special place in my heart.  Still one of the first albums I grab when I'm in an Iron Maiden...

    Funny Iron Maiden memory

I remember back in high school (around 82) a bud of mine asked me if I had heard of Iron Maiden.  I remember the first thing I asked him was if Black Sabbath had did a follow-up to Iron Man, about a woman instead.  He teased me a while about that one.  But that was my first time of hearing about...

Best 1-2 Punch to Open a Maiden Record?

Ides of March / Wrathchild has always been my favorite album opener.  Mainly cause it was my first experience with Iron Maiden.  I remember my friend showing me the two Iron Maiden albums, and this was the first record he put on.  This was before the number of the beast was released.  Still my...

    Coolest Album Cover Artwork

I have to go with Killers, Mainly because it was my first view of Eddie.  This was before TNOTB came out, and between the two Maiden LPs my friend had, I thought that Killers Eddie looked better than Iron Maiden (first album) Eddie.  But I do love them all. :edmetal:

New Final Frontier game added to Maidens site-what's your score?

I'm terrible at video games, I tried to play it, but kept crashing... like most video games, if I die more than 3 times, I'm done.  And here I am married to a video gamer chick  .  But I can play me some bejeweled, tetris, peggle... etc  :yey:
