Saw someone say on Reddit Steve doesn't seem to be reliably playing his bass lines live as well as he used to, as if age is really catching up to him. Any truth to that? I know it's inevitable but hope that's a long way off.
I love Blaze Bayley but can you imagine if all these forums and YouTube videos existed of him during his Maiden tours? Especially his worst nights.

They're still very good live but I was watching Revelations live from 2005 and I think they were just untouchable live from 1999 to about 2008 or so. The reunion era was the absolute peak of their live performances, Bruce was unbelievable.
I would love a little bit of the blaze era live shows.
Not the full thing, just his best performances (yes they do exist) from the 95 part of the X Factour and his better ones from the 98 VXI tour.

Nick even limited plays at decent tempos still. I don't think it's on Simon, I think it's very much Adrian and the rest probably insisting on certain tempos
I presume that's partly why Harry started doing this a lot, though he really started doing it when they were still a two guitar band in the 90s.
