BLACK SABBATH DISCOGRAPHY RANKING GAME: #13 REVEALED

Forbidden is truly terrible. As you’ve said, it has zero redeeming qualities. When not even Iommi can salvage a Sabbath record, you know it’s bottom the barrel. I think this says it all. St. Anger, despite being atrocious, is emotionally honest and at least tries to do something new. Forbidden...

    NOW WATCHING

I do think comedy is subjective, so I'm willing to give Judas some leeway for his lack of interest in Blues Brothers. But to discount a man who completely encapsulated (and inspired) the feel of the 1980s and gave us no fewer than 5 all-time classics is definitely poor taste.

Excuse me, I beg to differ: Octavarium is also complete boredom.

Not looking forward to the vote coming up. What a special Fourth of July this will be. I can't wait to celebrate America on the day after Republicans rape our country again.

What are the most overrrated albums in rock history?

I can only imagine it was very different in the UK. Oasis were certainly never glorified as musical heroes over here, but they were still incredibly popular.

I have complicated feelings on bike infrastructure. On a basic level: it’s great. Everything about biking is better for humans and better for the environment. But good lord, bike people are the worst. We’ve had a lot of changes and enhancements in bike infrastructure in Chicago, all good in...

What are the most overrrated albums in rock history?

I love Oasis and I will die on that hill. They have some shit albums (pretty much just Heathen Chemistry and half of SOTSOG), but I will never say they are overrated. Coincidentally, I also think 50% of The Beatles material is trash, so, take my opinion very lightly.

What do you think of the rock/metal 1990's? Really such a bad & boring decade?

The 90s only took a bit of wrong turn for established traditional metal bands, and even those bands released some of their best work at the start of the decade. Despite some of the pushback about "bad" albums, the 90s are probably the most important decade for the evolution of heavy metal.
