Yah my freaking prayers were answered last month. AND… We are getting 9 more Maiden songs in a bit! I mean come on . Wotw probably isn’t among the greatest songs on Senjutsu. And it does rock. I cannot fathom being let down by the news of these past weeks.

Mother of mercy, particularly Bruce’s’ performance, is a highlight of the entire reunion era to me. I love that song. Bruce shows incredible range and diversity in this tune. I’m surprised M.O.M isn’t more of a fan favorite.

Couple things: last samurai movie? I Like Tom Cruz ok, but saw him starting as a Samurai, it was a hard pass for me. Hot shot pilot, bartender, ok. Samurai…no. Nicko is one of the damn craziest, most hysterical people ever. He can get away with that pose, and is hilarious as hell...

I made this (rather lame) prediction last album, so here we go again: this album will include the “greatest Maiden song of all time!… “…a song universally beloved and chosen as the finest tune ever from the lads……..ha! Sounds even lamer this album!.

It gets better listen over listen. But that western lick/vibe is just kind of a disappointment. That’s for other bands. Confident that the rest of the album will be more maiden. Can’t wait to hear the rest.

Nothing negative to say about SIT. Great album. But come on now.. piece of mind is audio gold. The greatest album ever. Love both. POM is my Maiden album # 1, SIT #7.
