Wow, that's a hilariously awful list.

It's the screams. He sounds so mean. Never before this album or (especially) after it did he do anything like that. His soft vocals on the title track also really stand out.

Born Again is my personal favorite Sabbath album. Gillan's performance blows me away every time I hear it. Yeah, the production is terrible, but I don't particularly mind that. It just adds to the peculiar atmosphere of the record.

Yeah, it's a great deep cut for sure. Voodoo and Slipping Away are the songs I could take or leave.

I would usually go Helloween over Gamma Ray, but How Many Tears never really did it for me. Heading for Tomorrow is pretty great.

Interesting, I had no idea about that. I've noticed he seems to come here all the time though. Some of the towns he visits are really small too.

I'm seeing the band for the first time on Friday. I already saw Geoff two years ago, hopefully this is as good. I'm mainly a Tate fan to be honest, but I'm glad to see this Toddsryche tour too.

Come on, Dirty Women is absolutely one of the best Ozzy era songs. This album in general is a grower.

I think this was an excellent year. Surely you could find something cool right? There's Dream Theater, Blind Guardian, Megadeth, Black Sabbath, WASP, Pantera, Running Wild, Stratovarius, Testament, Rage, Annihilator and many others from 1992.

Night Terror > Midnight Messiah > A Broken Man for me too. I find myself missing the 90s vibes with all three songs though.

There’s that, and also The Battle Rages On is better than every Yes song... Heart of the Sunrise has some metallic bits in it, I guess.

This one has the excellent Wheels of Confusion and Under the Sun on it, the rest I could really just take or leave.

It's pleasant enough but probably the weakest track on Paranoid.

Ah yes, the often forgotten era of Diesel liking Dream Theater.
