My pro-UK and pro-EU friends (sadly) think that a new referendum is inevitable as a consequence of the elections. They will have to choose between the difficulties of independence and the difficulties of staying in the UK.

I liked the sound of Sonor, but I am okay with changes. The last two albums+tours had enough of its meaty, boomy ,full and energetic sound. Good that Nicko will not stop making experiments. @Ruflux, the next one might be more in line with your taste. :)

Is this the one you mean? This was a drawing of Dan Mumford, who also drew the painting on the Icarus t-shirts. As @Diplomat and (I guess) @Collin have corrected me, the new poster was made by Akira illustration. I hope Maiden will continue to work with Mumford in future projects.

Almost all do fit in one, but few songs fit into all. This is why most of the debates are made when someone suggests replacing a song from the theme X with another song that fits in Y. By the way, it is great to see that FTGGOG is H's favorite. I had a similar feeling :):

This kit is amazing on its own terms. The toms have a light and ‘airy’ sound. Lots of room for the cymbals to crash as well. Actually, if Nicko did not enter the realm of Maiden, he may have preferred that kind of a sound. That being said, IMO it would be less ideal for Maiden than something...
