I don't see that. The second section has a more solid structure than the first. Verse, chorus, verse, chorus, bridge, (very much not-mindless) solo, verse, solo, end. It's a pretty standard structure with a long-arse (but good) intro. You,ll hav,e to, get, in, l,ine,!

It's come to my attention that there's a comma present in the title of this thread. It shouldn't be there, away with it. Whoever wrote this title, explain yourself.

So this was pretty good. Depth Charge, Storm, Deadhead, Suicide. Great stuff

Angry Metal Guy reviews Senjutsu...4 years later

For a modern metal blog who are probably not that invested in legacy acts, I think those reviews are actually pretty fair. I don't agree with much - though I do also think the title track is too long - but by their own rating system, saying the album is around a Good (3) or Disappointing (2)...

    NOW PLAYING

First full Devin album I've heard. Always struggled to find one that is heavy without being extreme and features the right balance of harsh and clean vocals for me. I might've found it.

What are the most overrrated albums in rock history?

I'm of a similar opinion, but overrated? It almost seems underrated to me, in that most people have seem to have forgotten that he started with this album before carrying on with Myles and the Conspirators. I wish he'd do another album* with guests, the self-titled might be inconsistent in...

    Judas Priest

At £45, Priest's current tour t-shirts are more expensive than Maiden's.

    Judas Priest

On paper it's a very strong set, though also incredibly challenging for Rob, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's changed by the time I see them at the end of July. I'm also slightly disappointed, though not surprised, that the Shield of Pain Tour kinda shafts the "Shield" part, I'd have...

The Beato clip's taken a little out of context, Lukather says that he initially played the riff with a louder and heavier guitar tone because Eddie Van Halen was on the recording, but was asked to play it softer. The funky chords between the main riff and the verse were written before Lukather...

I am weirdly fascinated by them, and curious how effective they are. Everyone remembers them, but do they take the message on board?

Indeed so, I also just remembered Michael Jackson wrote Beat It's riff the same way.

I have seen the spider and scorpion ones! I have no idea what they were supposed to be warning against but they were certainly memorable  I can't even remember where I saw the shooting ad I mentioned, as most of the public information films I've seen on TV were to warn about the dangers of...

I had it in my head it was three sections, but you're right, Steve was the one who suggested patching Bruce's individual pieces of music together. Also, remember Bruce can play the guitar. Apparently not very well, by his own admittance, but he had single-handedly penned Revelations on the...

Does anybody recall an ad warning against the dangers of unprotected sex and spreading STD's, it showed some couples doing the business, then, when they were finished, one of them would pull a gun on their partner and shoot them? I've been perusing the Nightmare Fuel section on TV Tropes...

If they record a new studio album: Who would you prefer being the drummer, Nicko or Simon?

Fair enough. There have been so many similar opinions round here that I can't tell who's being serious :ok:
