Random post but has anyone else noticed some strange bot posts here and there around the forum over the last month or two? I've seen a few accounts with usernames that are just generic names, stuff like 'johnsmith', who will reply to random threads in a manner that is very similar to the output...

After about a month of checking the O2 arena resale site daily, I finally managed to grab an elusive standing ticket for the second night, so the 7th/8th July will be my first ever back-to-back Maiden shows, can't wait!

I was in the first 15-20 rows or so for that show and even that close the energy levels only really got above a 5/10 once The Trooper backdrop came down.

I think this is largely due to the fact that Maiden never go out of their way to do a 'festival setlist', so when the festival crowd inevitably draws more casuals who only want to hear 80s classics they don't realise they're going to see a set that is almost entirely post-2000s material...

Last year's tour had a slight sense of contractual obligation to see out the LOTB run, maybe the band are happier to be back on track playing a new set with a lot of fresh songs.

Now that footage from a good number of shows is around I think its fair to say Bruce easily sounds the best he has since the 2018 Legacy of the Beast leg, where he was absolutely on fire.

If the band were nervy ahead of the first show I can't blame them, most challenging and daring setlist since the AMOLAD your with half of the set being comprised of ultra deep cuts and never before played material instead of the usual staples that they could rattle off in their sleep.
