I’m a big fan of Senjutsu. It ticks all the boxes for me.

I first heard Aces High on a compilation cassette called Headbangers Heaven around 86. Then in 88, age 13, I heard SSOASS when my cousin played it.
From then until No Prayer was released I collected all their albums. First was SSOASS, then Piece of Mind and then either Live after Death or Killers.

I have a similar feeling about Senjutsu. I think this is a really special album. I have to give it more time to fully absorb it, but it may end up being my all time favourite.
It’s always interesting how diverse peoples taste can be. I just don’t get the disappointment some have with this song. It was an instant winner for me. But I am a massive fan of the Harris epics. DOTC is a 10/10. 3rd favourite off the album.
Had a couple listens. This album in INSANELY GOOD!! It’s the album I’ve been waiting for them to write since I first heard SSOASS in 1988. All the minor gripes I’ve had with reunion albums are gone on this one. Every song is a winner.
The Harris penned tracks are arguably some of his best...
I’m going to visit a record store today and try my luck to purchase a copy early. I’m in Australia.
I’m committed to waiting until I have a physical copy in my hands.
AMOLAD is a funny one for me. I just find it hard to get into. I find it a hard slog to listen to. I have tried many times to get into it but just can’t. There are some amazing musical elements to the album, I particularly like The Legacy, but as a whole it just doesn’t gell with me.
