It's true that some fans just can't handle line-up changes. Even after years, although the new member is objectively an asset, they still complain. I think it's unfair. I haven't watched this video though and don't know if that's the case here.

Replacing a song at this point in the tour is problematic if you normally play the same setlist every show. It's like an official statement that the band couldn’t handle it. It should become clear during rehearsals or at least after the first show, then it doesn't attract so much attention...

Thanks for the summary! I'm a little surprised that 8 August wasn't chosen as the release date. From a strategic point of view, many fans would have been looking for some compensation for the end of the Maiden tour at this point.
