Wasted Years with a Lado, never thought I'd see it without a Jackson. It's like odd, haha. Imagine Adrian starting to use the Lados as main guitars! I think he really likes his green Jackson.
Off-nights or not, a little bit. Cold? I'll say it again, I can't believe Bruce put the song on the encores again, to do that with his voice! It was kind of a must in 2022 because of the prop. And I'm sure they play it because of the screen show too. Too bad Tailgunner isn't popular.
They could...
The second single, ''Hordes Of Khan'' is classic Sabaton. We've heard it before, but it's always cool. Fast rocker with a memorable chorus, the main melody is great and catchy (ofc), effective solo. Interesting and longer music video.
That's a good option. But Nicko to write the drum parts would probably never happen if he won't play. The situation is different than Glenn's. And it's not right to Simon. I would like more fast songs, I admit.
Nicko should definitely co-write a song.
Some stuff from the screens:
posters of the debut album cover, Killers and ''Sanctuary'' single can be seen on the Wrathchild/Killers art (it is a tradition to have a song written on the wall that is not part of the set, haha).
Seventh Son's right corner has the face of POM Eddie, the...
Wrathchild's first fills were usually played by Dave before. They all have a go with them. I think it's because Adrian doesn't have a solo for the first 2 songs. Powerslave's solo is indeed closer to the original.
Probably. Although what's the point? Like with every tour, and the songs are there. They are planning to release a live concert? I guess so.
In terms of Maiden's essential show, LOTB is the top.
Realistically, we should expect Simon, but he's been announced as a live drummer (for now), so where's the lack of confidence? It's probably time to move on and he's the solid choice, but Bruce said Nicko is still part of the band. Rod's statement was more ambiguous.
I'll always say Nicko. But I'm not sure he would be able to do it justice. Maybe on 1 song, I doubt it. And the band seems to enjoy and believe in playing with Simon. I guess Simon can change their style in the studio (right), and it's curious, but more straightforward playing from both wouldn't...
From the LOTB era, Nicko explains and shows the origins of Where Eagles Dare's intro. It's cool to share it.
Happy Birthday, Nicko ! :hbd: Maiden's page also sends wishes - he is still part of the band. :)
Wow! Roy keeps putting himself out there. It's his own fault. I think the problem between him and Bruce is probably more than Roy not being in shape for a tour (realizing in the first rehearsals). Idk. He's not reliable, so Bruce will make the best decision. It's time to move on. And the song...

Possible. I also noticed that at the Prague show Simon played (was it only at first) Aces slower, actually the whole encore. Could the tempo be because of that or he is just tired at that point? I'm not sure but the tempos were faster the next show. Not Nicko's tempos though.
