The problem of the DOTR dvd is the location and lightining for most of the songs, but the documentary is fantastic! Probably their best one. En Vivo sucks.

Tecnically, there is no single but an online promo video. :smartarse: I hope that this video will be not an animated videoclip but a collage of this 5 working/life years of the band. I would really enjoy an "Holy Smoke" kind of video.

I think that they will not take anything from Fotd except for the titletrack, since the next "history tour" will regard this period.

Just listened the entire album: WHAT A DISC! This is a masterpiece, I really do not understand why here it is so underrated. The album contains a number of riff that could fill 4 or 5 other ones. There is no misplaced note, everything sounds great. The bass is thundering, every line is pure...

7/10. Brilliant ideas mixed up with really bad ones, actually, no ideas at all. Results: mediocre song with an enormous potential. Why they did not wanted to make a 6 minutes song?

7/10. The middle part is probably the highest moment of the disc, beautiful, epic and totally Maiden. The song suffer the same problem of the entire disc, too complicated and to elaborated parts added, most of the seems to be unbound with the rest or even worthless. Lyrics are beautiful.

7/10. This could have been a hit, too bad that they decided to complicated and the result is an architectural mess, plus the vocals are really too much and too stressed in the variations.

5/10. Instrumentally, it doesn't seems an Iron Maiden song. If wasn't for Bruce this could really mistaken as an Iron Maiden song.

5/10 and I am really generous. First 5 minutes: no sense, a really bad experiment, cheap and sloppy. The other 5 minutes are so banal that the first time i wouldn't believe that was the new Maiden song. Worst opener of the entire Iron Maiden history and also one of their worst song ever.

6/10. Too much lyrics, little music. The acoustic part is the same of The Legacy, and it is not attached from the rest of the song. Mediocre solos, and the melody is doesn't catch me at all. I've listenet to it a thousand times an for remembering it I have to really struggle my mind.

I could die if it is ever going to happen. Speed of Light cannot miss and I do not think that Bruce can get Aces High and Flight of Icarus!

This, and i will add another one, maybe Shadows of the valley. BTW, the annoucement of Speed of Light is been a f* surprise! I wasn't expecting it at all. I am glad that I was wrong. 1 week boys, 1 week!
