The British Lion dates have always come across as a selection of dates that are convenient for the band and randomly spread. Early on they played loads of shows in the Kent area and not many anywhere else. No East of England shows, but I would go to a Guildford gig. Might crash on campus!

Eternal Idol is being reissued on red vinyl for record story day. It will probably get a lot order release laster this year.

Even though some people dislike it, I think his Hell on Earth solo is one of his best solos in recent years. It cuts across the accompaniment well and is not as predictable.

I can get behind all of these, except Sanctuary. It’s a fun song. The Rock in Rio version is great, especially the instrumental. Madness is ok.

Anything from No Prayer would be great. It’s the only album I’ve never seen live.
