I don't get the slower WY thing. It's a straight forward song that's easy to play, even after two hours, so why slow the tempo down so much? Surely the easiest Maiden opening riff after Flash of the Blade.

Yeah, Bruce's style as a front man is engaging and making the crowd a part of the concert. Always has been. So singing from a cage for almost the entire performance takes away from that a lot. I'd prefer it if he was still up front, maybe being taken away to the cell by two hooded stage hands...
