Totally agree about the album and band. I gave the lp another try recently but couldn't get through a single track. Their worst, most uninspired effort. I wasn't so sure about Bruce though.

The first 3 tracks are stellar, the next 4 aren't and Alexander is entertaining. It all sounds a bit wishy-washy to me though. It lacks a real hard edge and saw them change direction in style, if not substance.

^Judas. I agree mostly. It deserves classic status but it's 5th from bottom for me. Children and Prisoner I like. The rest is either too pop or dulled by time. The artwork, however, is my favourite(with original blue sky).

These Blaze albums were always the pits for me until the recent, woefully produced effort. I gave them another go and found them quite good actually. Clear production. The underdog status just adds to the appeal.
