    Favorite music-related movies?

I don't think just any band could've been thrown in there. There's a lot of good bands that never made it, but that doesn't mean it would've made for a compelling story that people would want to watch a movie about. It's true they only got a slight bump on the tour after the movie came out...

    Bruce Dickinson

That's one thing I really regret is not seeing a Bruce solo show. I didn't really discover his solo stuff till about 10 years ago or so. I still have that anthology dvd I haven't watched yet.

ZZ top! I gotta finally see them next year. How was wisdom in chains? I've been seeing that name on all the big bills but never saw them.

I agree with you there. The characters and the interaction between them in combination with the amazing stories is what made the series so great. I vaguely remember the episode you mentioned. I really don't remember disliking it though. I'll post my thoughts on it when I get to that. But...

That movie with Joan Jett and Micheal J. Fox I thought was really good too. I haven't seen that in a really long time. I can't think of the name of the movie though.

Yeah from what I remember I think it really takes off in season 3. I really don't remember disliking any episodes in the entire series except the one with Quark's mother. I can't put my finger on the episode you're referring to. But I guess it's been awhile since I saw it.

    Favorite music-related movies?

Yeah but don't you think it had people rooting for them to make it big after that? It made people care because of the struggles they went through along the way.

Just started watching DS9. Watched it for the first time about 12 years ago. I really enjoyed TNG, and I may be in the minority, but I find DS9 to be far superior to TNG. I know a lot of people think it's too dark, but there's a lot of good comedy in it and lighthearted moments and episodes...

    30 Years Ago Today...

It's a tremendous album. People call a few of the songs fillers, but I think they're great too. My favorite will always be the number of the beast with piece of mind a very close 2nd, but this is right up there also. I believe I bought Live after death before I bought this album at the time...

There's nothing wrong with that at all. I'm just saying that's not what Death metal is about

Great thanksgiving weekend. Slayer/ST/Exodus was great! Slayer played an amazing set over 90 minutes. ST played a good 45 minutes and really got the crowd going. Exodus only got 6 songs. The new stuff came off well live and it was great to see Steve Sousa. Death to all show the next...

    Unpopular Metal/Rock Opinions

    1. I don't like Pantera at all. I feel like the only metal fan in the world that feels that way. Never understood what the big deal was about them. 2. I cannot stand Motorhead either which I'm the only one out of all my metal friends that doesn't like them. 3. Megadeth I never got much...

Yeah I kinda get sick of people saying "I don't like it because I can't understand what they're saying". Who gives a Sh-t! It's about the heavy music.

    Sea of Madness

I think it's great. One of my favorites on the album. Definitely the right choice for them to play that live on that tour

    That Metal Show

I love this show! It's like listening to 3 dudes just like me or any of us sitting around shooting the breeze about metal. I think Florentine and Jamison are hilarious. I've seen them do standup opening up for Twisted Sister and they got huge pops from the crowd. I think they need to ditch...

    Black Sabbath

I love all the different eras of Sabbath. I think the Tony Martin stuff is way underrated. Cross purposes is probably my least favorite, but there's great stuff from that era. Especially Eternal Idol. The Ozzy stuff will always be my favorite. Also a huge Dio fan.
