Those old techniques won't teach you to sing rock and metal. :) I was also just speaking from personal experience, I didn't have a great time learning from opera teachers because everything I wanted to do, they were insisting it was impossible. It was pissing me off.

Halford is most likely to hit those high notes in reinforced falsetto because he uses it a lot, but Bruce and Dio I think are in full voice. :) I could be wrong though...

Honestly, I bought them both. I don't care, it's Maiden! And the album is incredible. Though I gotta say, viewing the bonus stuff online is plain dumb. They should have been on the disc itself. Also, I would have loved to see a behind the scenes making of the album as well.

The only thing that makes it look like Eddie is the nose lol. That's the one thing Eddie has always had in every other cover...the same nose.

I just got the new Accept album featuring their new singer, and in my opinion, this guy blows Udo away! WOW! This is 80s Accept, the riffs are killer, the solos are amazing, the songs are really great. You guys should pick this album up! I'm still surprised at what I just heard... Wow.  :yey...

I love the part at the end where it slows down and Dave plays that solo, and it gives me that 80s Maiden vibe. And Bruce going "oh oh oh oh....oh oh oh oh"... far far away, etc... Awesome. :edmetal:

I keep hearing a lot of people don't like the album. Why??! It's really fucked up. I hear people bitching that the songs are too long (Since X-Factor), it's too progressive, too complex. Man, upon first listen I fell in love with it.

Man, I sure fucking hope this will be #1 in U.S.
