Metropolis Pt. 2 is amazing, and it's one of my favorite albums ever. To be fair, tho, I think it's the only Dream Theater album I've ever listened to from start to finish.

"Fear of the Dark" - Iron Maiden

It looks like it's fairly horror-oriented. Apparently it's supposed to be rated R (a hard R, even), which makes me think we might actually get to see him cutting up his face (if they decide to follow a bit more of The Dark Knight, as they seem to be doing).

This looks good. I have high hopes for it.

Compare the very opening of "Aces High" on the current remaster with that same part on any of the previous releases; makes the older ones sound thin and flat.

For now, I have "Disillusion", "People Need Love" (tragic cringe-worthy mess) and "Sitting in the Palmtree" as three of my votes. Let's see how the other songs hold up with my relistens.

Meanwhile I'm still not finished with Lady Killers. Got caught up in some unfinished shows on Netflix (namely The Haunting of Hill House and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina) and almost completely neglected reading. I should probably get back to it.

Waterloo is a little better, and it feels like the group is starting to take shape. I hope they just keep getting better with the other albums going forward. I'mma listen to these a few more times before voting.

I'm listening to Ring Ring right now, and I can't say I'm impressed. The first two tracks are good, but the rest is just not on par with the other songs I've heard from them.

I'll definitely be scooting over there once I listen to Haunted. Thanks for letting me know.

I need to listen to Poe's other album. Will do so after doing the first two ABBA albums.

I think actual songs like "Virus", "Justice of the Peace" and "Judgement Day" could be included, but not covers and joke songs.
