I'd say Rammstein are metal. Industrial metal. With the whole true and false metal thing. If I see a band as false metal, they aren't metal, even if their 'genre' says they are. e.g. Korn who are nu-metal, they are technically metal but to me they are offensive to metal and therefore aren't...
