Yeah I'm doing both too, my Metallica ticket the fees are €10.50, and that's two gigs as well.

I had a look at my receipt and the big issue I would have with the pricing is the extra charges, face value is £127.50, but with the add ons it's another £19.08 on top, which is absolutely nothing more than theft.

They were hardly going to aim for a bigger than usual gig and then do the same marketing that they would for an arena tour.

I get the feeling people would be happy if they were stuck in a formula of 4 minute songs about dungeons and dragons, glory and steel etc., it's not the perceived lack of innovation but that it's not metal enough. Priest keep releasing album after album of Hell Patrol and people are delighted...

On the original running order, it's before them tracks. Side one of the original album is Prelude, Tyrant, Genocide, Epitaph and Island of Domination. The more widespread running order makes no sense to me, Prelude is track 5 FFS :lol:

FFS what was the promoter booking Sammy Hagar in those venues for in the first place! He'll be doing well if he gets a decent crowd in those new venues

I saw them on both those tours, luckily the Dublin gig on the Real Live Tour was one of the better ones from that tour, plus it was my first gig so I probably would have enjoyed it anyway even if it was like Turin.

Maybe I'm reading @CA Bryers comment harsher than it was meant. Steve's not a fool, he knows the 90's, and specifically when Blaze was in the band, was not Maiden's heyday, but beyond that, I would say, no other band leader has been prepared to stand over their lesser periods as much as Steve...

ehhh Steve has consistently praised Blaze and refused to throw him under the bus for the 90's albums, and Maiden played tracks from the 90's since then, contrasting wildly with almost every other metal band who've had line up changes. Steve get's blamed for anything and everything on here, but...
