Adrian wrote Stranger in a Stranger Land. No Maidens song comes anywhere near that song in terms of groove and flow. The riff just pops.

Does Iron Maiden have songs that are actually confirmed as fillers? A filler isn’t a song that is always poor quality. Smoke on the Water is a filler and that’s regarded one of the greatest rock songs ever.

Oh, Bruce… I will give him props for altering the chorus. That almost sounds passable. The verses are dire though.

This may come across as controversial, but Metallica have never populated many of their albums with songs that have little to no redeeming qualities. I love Load and ReLoad but some of the songs are so generic. I would argue that Maiden have not done this.

Skeleta is a fantastic album. Cenotaph is one of the best songs I have heard in recent times. Steve’s stubbornness is incredibly frustrating. If he was consistent with it, I could get on board. But he constantly makes poor decisions when it comes to production. E.g NOTD and DOD. He needs to...
