I gotta say its my fav movie of all time. Id say the trilogy all told is incredible movie making. I know a lot people dont care much for part 3 but i think its worth watching for the reward at the end.
Although there were cock ups that night i loved the energy of the performance which the broadcast displays. The official release strangles the life out of it.
Just wondered anyones thoughts on how this album sounds. Im talking about anyone who has heard the Radio 1 broadcast. It is so different to the official release. It sounds like Jans guitar parts have almost bern rerecorded. I know he was pretty sloppy on the night but if you compare the two it...
Just seen the Perth review and its no suprise. The mans been living off Maiden since 1981. He voice was once pretty good but other than that the mans got no talent and is a prick. Why anyone still pays money to see him still baffles me

The Red and the Black- Live Chapter
Revelations- Flight 666
Powerslave- Live After Death

A slightly different point aside, those...
I think the theory this was planned or part planned is querying the bands intergrity which i wouldnt do. I believe what i read in RTH and the interviews i read with the band at the time and after.
Regarding Blaze, i dont think anyone would really have succedeed, it was just the wrong time. Sure...
I remember being really pleased at the time that Blaze had got the job, he was my first choice. Unfortunately i was very disappointed with XFactor. Maybe it just wasnt what i was hoping for. I have come to appreciate it a lot more recently though.
