There were a few mistakes last night I noticed.
Bruce losing his place in Stranger
Bruce about to introduce Can I Play With Madness instead of Death of the Celts
Bruce and Adrian out of time during the chorus of Wasted Years.
I'm sure there were a few more but it didn't detract from a...
Just got back from a weekend in Dublin. I just want to say what an absolute show. This band should not be as good as they are, at their age. It's easy to sit here, scouring through YouTube videos analysing all the mistakes. But just being there is completely different.
The crowd in Dublin were...
Twickets is legit, they're officially partnered with a lot of ticket vendors like The Ticket Factory. I've used them a few times, without issue. So I'm sure you'll be fine.

I feel like Maiden just aren't a good fit for festivals. The only crowd I've seen who were really into them was at Sonisphere 2014. When I've seen them at Download, the response has been quite muted. Videos that I've seen from other festivals they've headlined is pretty much the same.
I have to say, I was worried after some of last year's performances from Bruce. But this year he's been probably the star of the tour, I'm blown away. Makes me more excited for his solo album honestly.
Just a random thought. I wonder if Nicko was the reason why Where Eagles Dare and The Wicker Man were dropped from the set last year. I know they had to fit in the three Senjutsu songs, but I would have thought at least The Wicker Man would have stayed.
But considering him simplifying drum...
With how Nicko is performing on this tour, it'd be quite a good call for the band to introduce more Blaze era songs into the setlist. Most of the songs on those albums aren't very taxing.
Saw Kiss in Birmingham last night, and had an absolute wail of a time. Say what you like about how many farewell tours they've done, but they're still hugely entertaining and put one of the best arena rock shows. When the inevitable reunion tour comes around, I'll be there.
Nicko after performing the second Prague show: "reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated".
I take back what I said, he's still performing brilliantly given everything.
Even in that Drum Tour video they released today, he sounded old. Like his voice just seemed a lot older than what I'm used to hearing from Nicko. I know he is 71, but it's always a shock when you realise your musical heroes aren't immortal or invincible.
I remember talk back in 2014 when I...
You have a point, but the difference is last year was their first tour in three years so that was kinda to be expected. Nicko is simplifying drum lines that he performed perfectly normally less than year ago.
