I saw Maiden for the first time in 2017, seven years passed by really fast. I remember being astonished during the middle section of The Red and the Black.
They sound great, better than the first 2023 show in Ljubljana where Bruce messed up the second verse in CSIT.
They're a bit "rusty" but will get better as the tour goes on.
When you guys say stadium tour in the US, do you mean baseball/MLS stadiums(20k-45k) or NFL stadiums(60k+)?
I think Maiden can fill baseball and MLS stadiums with bands like Pantera or Ghost.
Another great show, this time in Leesburg VA.
They played the full Somewhere in Time album! Which they revealed during the intro.
I didn’t take any video because I was enjoying the moment, and the few pics I took I couldn’t upload because the files are too large...
Nice! I'll be seeing them for the second time headlining in Baltimore in September. They're amazing live, they use some backing tracks for songs that have piano/keyboards parts.
If you haven't seen it yet, I recommend you watch the full show at Teatro Metropolitan.
He's the same type of delusional fanboy that says Priest is done because KK Downing and Glenn Tipton are not there anymore and label the current lineup a "Halford solo" or a "tribute band". Last time I checked tribute bands have 0 original/classic lineup members.
Halford and Hill are from the...
Saw them live in Falls Church, VA, they were awesome! One of the best if not the best Maiden tribute band.
Pro video of SSOASS from their Youtube channel:
They played some rarities like Sun and Steel, Sea of Madness and 22 Acacia Avenue...
Saw them in Bristow VA in 2022 opening for FFDP, they were great.
They are one of the best sounding live bands I've seen along with Pantera, Ghost, Black Sabbath and The Warning, loud but clear.
Festival 1, but I would change the order of the lineup:
Black Sabbath
Iron Maiden
Judas Priest
Dio
Motorhead
Saxon
Queensryche
King Diamond
Manowar
Budgie
