Strange World.

Perhaps a trip to Stockholm, Sweden as well. They haven't played there since 2018, and Sweden Rock festival played this year is a totally difference market (a 6 hour car ride from the capital).

Blaze recorded a version for his new live album.

New live album is out today btw (it has been sold through his webshop for a while already though).

You could see that he had a guest pass on his chest in another photo. I think they sent or gave him a ticket as well. This photo is from Twickenham 2008, then he and his band were invited backstage.

I uploaded a bootleg of BLAZE performing in London 2003 (FM broadcast): This is like a raw mix of As Live As It Gets, but without drummer Jeff Singer, who had just left at that point. Phil Greenhouse did the tour promoting the release of the live album instead. And thanks to @ironmaidenlewes...

One thing that would work is Steve doing some sort of touring project with Blaze, playing old rare tracks, like he spoke about briefly in 2017. Or Blaze and British Lion could tour together, and Steve joins in on a few Maiden tracks with Blaze's band.

In this video from 2010, at 8:34, Janick is asked about Blaze, and he says that he should get him a drink if he would turn up at a future gig. I think Steve, Bruce and Janick have been the most kind towards Blaze in interviews.

I'm quite sure he went backstage to say hello to Steve (and perhaps Bruce and Janick if they were around) before the show. Or maybe he met with Steve during the day and got his pass.

Blood on the World's Hand, that would be a cool song for the audience with Steve's bass intro and everything, and I think Bruce would be able to improve the vocal melody. More than 95 % of them would not recognize the song though. But many people going to see Maiden this year haven't heard...

And then in 2008, when he had Blaze as a guest on his radio show, he told him that he thought his Silicon Messiah album was a really good record, and that it was stronger than what that he did with Maiden. Bruce was not wrong about that!
