RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Don't be to sure about that. For the LotB tour (2022) there was a green shirt with the AMOLAD album cover on it and dates of the LotB tour on the back. Yet no songs from that album were played on that tour.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Honestly I hope for the return of a big mechanical Eddie instead of the inflatable ones we've seen since the BoS tour. The demon from LotB was cool but didn't have that "wow" factor for me personally. The Seventh Son Eddie from Maiden England and alien Eddie from TFF tour are insane imo...

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

I mean, isn't that the whole f*cking point of this forum website? To discuss stuff like that with other people? Not trying to be rude here but if you don't like setlist and tour speculation, why are you here?

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Why not? They're great songs! And why no chance? I'd say Aces is a low chance perhaps as we saw it during LotB as opener (and closer). But it's arguably their most popular opening song. As for Moonchild I'd say there's a fair chance. Looking at all the opening songs Maiden's done over the...

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

While I agree partially it got me thinking. On what tour could they have included the song? I personally can't really think of any tour from 93 up until now that would have "fitted" the song. Then again, they have done some songs on tours thathad no place there at all (Afraid to Shoot...

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Just curious, why no BQoBD? Rue Morgue would be sick, I'd love that!

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

I doubt it. I can't wait to see that song live but as an opener? Nah. Personally hoping for BQoBD, Aces High, Moonchild or maybe even NotB (they did it before in 2003 iirc)

    Iron Maiden's future

I'll always stay optimistic when it comes to Maiden, and reading that interview with Steve gives me a big smile. I've said it before and I'll say it again, as long as Steve is alive and well, Maiden isn't going anywhere. Nevertheless I'm personally hoping for one more album. Ideally with Nicko...

Simon Dawson is the new drummer

Well he would eventually step down or retire. We just didn't know when. Could've been much earlier, when he had the stroke for example. But he persevered and finished this tour. The hero he is. But it also could've been later. I personally thought he would be there for the 50th anniversary tour...

Simon Dawson is the new drummer

This sentence is actually really interesting. Before we had no clue for how long Nicko was going to remain in the band (live). Now we actually have an answer and that's a relief. A bittersweet one but still.

Simon Dawson is the new drummer

After Nicko's departure, how do you feel about next year's tour compared to before? First of all, I'm not trying to bring the mood down with this, nor do I want to start a debate. I personally feel very sad with Nicko's departure even though he well deserved it! The man played for Maiden for 42...

    Nicko McBrain retires

Anyone else having "mixed feelings" about next year's tour? Like, I love Maiden. They're my favorite band of all time next to Rammstein but man the thought of seeing them live next yeat without Nicko pains my heart. The new drummer might be good and hey, they might even play songs Nicko...

    Nicko McBrain retires

Gutted, absolutely gutted. Reading all the comments and posts everywhere makes me incredibly sad. I could cry. Only seen Maiden live twice but I'm so grateful for those 2 times! I wish I became a fan sooner so I could've seen Nicko on so many more great tours and adventures! Next year will be...

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Maybe this has already been mentioned but I just zoomed in on the tour poster and found two very interesting little details. The little cables on the fingers, clearly referring to Somewhere in Time/ Cyborg Eddie. They can also be seen through the hole in the jacket. Hadn't seen that just yet...

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Got 2 tickets for the show in Arnhem! There was no queue at all for that show. Got in right away.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

What's up with the front standing/ golden circle areas? Is it venue specific? Cause the prices for the Arnhem show don't say anything about that at all. So doubting there'll be a golden circle area there.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Just found this on ticketmaster Netherlands. Seems like collector tickets are making a return! They cost 8.50 euros extra. Weirdly enough it says this isn't your entry ticket to get into the venue and you still need your digital ticket. Which is weird cause in 2022 that wasn't the case.

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Agreed. If Maiden is really ready to hang it up they'll tell us on beforehand. There's no way they'll go on tour without announcing it as there last.
