    A bit pissed off...

Every economic system has state-suckers. They live thanks to the people who work, produce and contribute to the country. Mine has never had a communist government, however, we´ve plenty of those individuals....

    Bruce's voice

I totally agree with you  :ok: When you listen to 'Live After Death' and then 'Rock in Rio' you notice a big difference between them. By the way, you´re right: it´s because he´s been improving a lot his technique. I don´t think so, mainly because the improvement as a singer involves a process...

    Your all-time greatest guitarist list

Your´re talking about the emotions YOU can feel. I have listened to some of their albums (even tried 'the best of') and they have never made me feel that. That´s why I don´t listen to them. I know Slash, as I ALSO listen to most of the 80's bands. There are many other guitarists I would be...

    Your all-time greatest guitarist list

If you want some Rock and Blues...please listen to Dough Aldrich and then tell me something again about Slash....  ;)

    Now there's a thought!

:uhm: the thing is that those songs don´t represent metal at ALL. 'I´m a rocker' is a metal hymn... Sometimes when somebody makes a serious effort to pretend to be a scholar...at the end, it´s not the band or the song what sound stupid...  :innocent:

    Now there's a thought!

I agree with both of you!  :okok:  "I'm a rocker, Oh oh Do as I feel as I say I'm a rocker, Oh oh And no one can take that away"  :yey:

who instigated the return of Bruce and Adrian and why?

A friend of mine interviewed them when they came to Argentina, and let me tell you that they seem to be a more united band. I know your opinion is "that´s crap", but when I saw 'Death on the Road' extra DVD and listened to what Harris said I....just realised that...

    Bruce's voice

I was just talking about Bruce. It´s his best (officially) documented show.

    Bruce's voice

It doesn´t matter how high are your notes...the thing is HOW do you get those notes, and Bruce´s current notes are MUCH more clear than in the early days. For those who hasn´t understood yet: vocal range ISN´T the space between your lowest and your highest note... :smartarse: I mentioned 'Rock...

    Bruce's voice

I disagree with you in the issue of Bruce´s vocal range and anything related to that. First of all, because his best live performance with Maiden was 'Rock in Rio 2001'. Although many people are still looking back to the golden years, which I love of course, they don´t see how colourful and...

    Now there's a thought!

Has anyone mentioned Black Sabbath?  :innocent:

    Judas Priest

Actually, He´s 55 Look...Ripper is a great singer, but you can´t compare him, technically, with the Metal God. Haven´t you heard 'Priest...Live!' or 'Live Insurrection'? Well...the first one was recorded when Halford was 35. Some weeks ago I watched an Iced Earth bootleg from 2003 and let me...

    Your all-time greatest guitarist list

HEHEHEHE... :funnypost: I would have to say: Dough Aldrich :notworthy: , Adrian Smith, Glenn Tipton, KK Downing, Ritchie Blackmore, David Gilmour, Tony Iommy, Brian May,

    Judas Priest

Screaming has nothing to do with low or high pitches...You can scream in both low or high notes. By the way, Ripper´s voice is lower than Halford´s one. Anyway...if you listen to "Angel of Retribution" you´ll see that there aren´t as much screams as there were in previous albums (eg...

    Bruce's voice

Bruce is one of the best singers of heavy-metal. Surely there are some people who don´t like his voice...but I´m talking about his technique, which is absolutely great, and no one who knows about singing can deny this. I really liked his performance in 'AMOLAD', but in my opinion the vocals of...

    Judas Priest

Technically, both of them are great singers with an admirable vocal range. Some people (majority) say Halford is better, other ones prefer Ripper...that´s a matter of tastes. I personally admire both of them as they have different things to offer.

Most surreal moments of your life

Hehe, so your knowledge is not as useless as they thought...at least to bring you the most bizarre moment of your life  :) Maverick, your anecdote was fun too. By the way, didn´t you notice a protuberance between her thighs?

    Most Overrated Maiden Song

My vote for the "Most Overrated Maiden Song" goes for: "Virus"

    Judas Priest

hehehe...sure  But I love this band...I´ve seen them on their last tour and it was completely AMAZING!!   Anyone else has attended to any of their tours? I wish I could had been to any of the "Priest...Live!" shows  Well...have a nice weekend guys!! Up the...

    A pleasant surprise

There are some professionals out there who really like Maiden. Once I met a neuro-surgeon who was a guitar player of an Argentinean band.
