The one of the elderly couple is When the Wild Wind Blows, the Village one could be Prisoner or Back in the Village, don't know the Doctor Who one, a wild guess would be that maybe there's a Tardis in the artwork of some single??? I'm fairly sure there is but can't recall which one
No idea what...
I gave some of them a very brief listen whenever tracks came across my path when on the internet, but I was turned off by the autotune and the production being not in the same ball park of the early albums. I've been to see them a couple of times in recent years and they're a good live act.
I was a big Blaze fan back then, bought all the albums, went to gigs etc. but was starting to get disillusioned with all the line ups falling apart. When I heard the appalling and cynical Dimebag tribute song that was the final nail in me being an album buying/keeping up with developments fan of...
My mate got GNR tickets from an old fashioned record store, no fees and face value. The online pre-sale had no standing and only dynamic pricing, €400 plus for bog standard seats. She just tried the shop as an off chance:lol:
EDIT: those UK charges seem to be way dearer than equivalent...
Because there is absolutely no evidence to suggest that they have recorded an album, no comments from the band, no facebook posts from guys like Dennis Stratton letting info slip, no pictures of Kevin Shirley outside a studio or Dave Murray in a different hemisphere from where he usually lives...
I had a look at my receipt and the big issue I would have with the pricing is the extra charges, face value is £127.50, but with the add ons it's another £19.08 on top, which is absolutely nothing more than theft.
I get the feeling people would be happy if they were stuck in a formula of 4 minute songs about dungeons and dragons, glory and steel etc., it's not the perceived lack of innovation but that it's not metal enough. Priest keep releasing album after album of Hell Patrol and people are delighted...
On the original running order, it's before them tracks. Side one of the original album is Prelude, Tyrant, Genocide, Epitaph and Island of Domination. The more widespread running order makes no sense to me, Prelude is track 5 FFS
FFS what was the promoter booking Sammy Hagar in those venues for in the first place!
He'll be doing well if he gets a decent crowd in those new venues
