They were the first. Audioslave has a DVD recorded live in Cuba in 2005, 4 years after the Manics went there.

Many years later The Rolling Stones released Havana Moon, recorded in 2016.

Not sure Judas Priest have any songs heavily influenced by Beckett's Life's Shadow.
