I believe we can say that there will be no guest appearances this time, unlike on the last album (e.g., Gus G.'s solo).

And please, no ideas from Leana, something like Sonata as the last song... :D
"Look Bruce. I love you and you are great at everything you do. Like your books. They are so funny, and especially your Lord Iffy Boatrace books. But come on, it has been 36 years and I can't get enough of it. Why haven't you recorded a song about Lord Iffy yet? Please, write one and maybe make it the album closer. Can you do that for me and your fans"

I think they spent like 3 weeks in the studio last year and now the time they spent... yes 1 month is not a short time to record and album nowadays. For maiden standards for sure.
Yeah, they did previous writing sessions and demos. I probably had more in mind Bruce's vocal takes. He works faster than Maiden in the studio.
Im sure they will not do it but i hope they dont try to copy the sound of AOB and Cw i hope they bring us a different sound.
TMP is the different sound, Bruce said it will be different again (hmm), but songs in the styles of AOB and TCW, I feel it's needed this time, after the latest stuff. Not copying, the variety will be there. The guitarists can (probably will) cover all of his solo albums styles.

Yep.
Sonata is very different, better something else, not very different on every album for the sake of it. It would be cool if he can use the song Nightmares and/or the leftover from TCW album he found last year with Roy on tape, but I doubt it. Btw, she also suggested Bruce to play Flash Of The Blade.
I expect the last song of the album to be an epic and long again.

I think his son, among others, suggested hiring two guitarists. That was a good idea.

But maybe Roy Z will give interviews one day? Of course, we still don't really know what happened, but Leanas fierce reactions to Roy on social media were interesting...

It looks like there will be a guest musician on the album - Andreas Kisser, a guitarist to play drums along with Bruce. What? I really thought Bruce will want the band unit, but given the photos and the taiko and small pieces drums, it looks like it will be some tribal part of a song. Curious, the one in Eternity is great. Bruce just wants to play on his albums now lol. He did well enough with Dave Moreno live for Gods Of War.

But I don't think she is yet known as a songwriter.
Yes, but she can provide interesting bass lines, good bass player. Imagine something like TCW album bass lines, superb stuff!
Good bass player! And she has a decent voice would be interesting to hear bruce harmonising with a female singer on one ot two songs on the new album.
I loved their duet in Navigate, would love to hear a part like that in the studio. Something with a cosmic/ballad-y vibe?

It's kinda funny that they'd take the guitarist of Sepultura to play the drums lol

Must be really cold in LA if one needs to wear a beanie hat inside the studio!

It's odd and I think Bruce is just having fun with friends, considering the drums visible in the photo. Imagine some super thrash metal stuff on the album... bring it on, it's classify as something different, right. I love how happy and enthusiastic he looks, like Adrian with SK. Putting energy into everything is important. I really appreciate it, a new album so soon too.

Btw, a comment here says that Eddie Casillas, Dave Ingraham and Adrian were all invited back for both TOS and TMP albums, but declined. Is that true? Maybe. Iirc, Dave Ingraham said this about TOS/even TMP in a recent interview, but I don't remember if it was for a whole album.
