Done a quick search and can’t believe their isn’t a Testament thread

Maybe I missed it and didn’t search properly but theirs nothing on the front page of this sub forum so even if their was a thread no one’s been talking about them recently which considering their new album dropped today does surprise me.

The new album is great, can’t stop listening to it today. So many bangers and fantastic ballad.

Testament have always been amongst my favourite bands and compared to the big 4 and all the other iconic thrash bands from the 80’s these have definitely aged the best to my ears. They just get heavier and faster with each new album and Chucks voice is phenomenal.

Going to see their double headliner with obituary tomorrow in London. Another one of my absolute top fave bands there, obituary.

Testament: John Wick Three Para Bellum is a fantastic album and one of the most brutal they've ever released. And the ballad is a stone cold classic. Good stuff!

Yeah, it’s kind of wild there isn’t more talk about them right now. A new album drop usually gets way more noise. Testament really do feel underrated compared to how consistent they’ve been. They’ve aged incredibly well. Heavier, tighter, and still hungry. Chuck’s vocals somehow just keep getting better. That doesn’t happen often. The new record has that balance of speed, weight, and melody nailed. Seeing them with Obituary is huge too. That’s a stacked night. Two bands that never phoned it in. You’re in for an absolute ripper of a show.
