Where do you know it from?Nothing. The only poor selling show is Bogota, which was expected. Rest is selling good.
Costa Rica would probably be 30k, El Salvador will sell out.

Costa Rica had 16k on the last visit, so I'm not expecting it to sell out not even with a reduced capacity. The stadium in El Salvador is very small, and although it's not the first visit I'm sure they will pack it upWhere do you know it from?
Why would that create any hype?
Not many people care about gigs on another continent to the one they live on.
EDIT: and the ones who would travel, could do without the expense of all the dates being on sale at the same time.
I hope for 15k - 18k this year in both countries. The tickets are expensive, and the economic situation doesn't help at all.Costa Rica had 16k on the last visit, so I'm not expecting it to sell out not even with a reduced capacity. Some say Steve Harris wasn't satisfied with the final result, so the documentary must be re-edited. I don't know, but I wouldn't be surprised if they decide to release it after the whole tour, completely illogical and different from all other artist did/do.Still no news or updates on maiden or the 50th anniversary tour documentary. I don't understand, normally maiden have teased us over christmas with hints on there website or christmas cards but nothing? why maiden soo quite...and I do believe 2030 will be maidens last year before calling it a day.
Antwerp (Promoter: FKP Scorpio Belgium) seems to be seen as a problem. In Germany, ticket sellers were instructed to send out advertising for this show.
It's normal - she's promoting that just after they announced the whole line-up. For Maiden it would be better to announce their own indoor show in Belgium, I suppose.Interesting, what is going on with this festival? Now even Doro is promoting it on her Facebook page.

Yeah, the promoting process is generally good, but some decisions (bad venue choices, postponing the documentary, and not publishing it before the tour) are kind of mistakes. There's the other side of the coin, too. Maybe despite managers' efforts rock and metal community worldwide isn't so much into IM as a few years ago. The world is changing, new bands are emerging, styles are evolving, and maybe people have lost interest in Iron Maiden. It's obviously just my guessing, nothing assured. Who knows, theoretically, 2026 should be a great success worldwide, but people are people, and (maybe) there's no big demand for IM shows as it used to be...Schrodingers Maiden. Criticising "lazy management" for not doing anything to promote the tour while criticising them for advertising it every day on social media, magazines and on rock radio and getting Maiden songs featured on prominent tv and films.
How on earth would anyone know that? I smell BS from anyone making that claim. Some say Steve Harris wasn't satisfied with the final result, so the documentary must be re-edited. Read that there is another movie releasing on valentines day with a maiden track, think its called Whistle out.How on earth would anyone know that? I smell BS from anyone making that claim.
I am sure the management will approve the final version, but also expect any holdup could be because of agreeing streaming rights.
It also makes sense to wait for Stranger Things and 28 Years hype to have its effect before signing off on all of the above. I expect the benefits of these two major pop culture accolades can help the documentary in all kinds of interesting ways.
I've read about this one too. Interesting.Read that there is another movie releasing on valentines day with a maiden track, think its called Whistle out.
A few years ago??? It hasn’t even been 12 months since they did one of the most successful tours of 2025, selling out every show and playing in a bunch of stadiums for 40k, 50k people. It doesn’t seem to me that the community is tired of Maiden hahaha.Yeah, the promoting process is generally good, but some decisions (bad venue choices, postponing the documentary, and not publishing it before the tour) are kind of mistakes. I think so (deep in the heart).A few years ago??? It hasn’t even been 12 months since they did one of the most successful tours of 2025, selling out every show and playing in a bunch of stadiums for 40k, 50k people. It doesn’t seem to me that the community is tired of Maiden hahaha.
I doubt they play wacken if they havent anunnce yetI planned a trip to Germany and bought a ticket for Wacken, believing that Iron Maiden would be playing there in their anniversary year.
It will still be a great trip, but I am a little disappointed.
What do you think, is there a small chance that they still will be announced for Wacken as a surprise?
The Wacken lineup is definitely not complete.
Why is there this strange break in the middle of Iron Maiden's tour?
