Now that's bizarre. From the clip I watched of the start of the show, he was singing the intro to All Guns Blazing on top of a vocal track of the intro, that I was more understanding of.
Hopefully an isolated incident, but if you watch the first verse Rob is very obviously using tracked vocals.

Let’s not overstate. Layered vocals live is common.
Bruce needs downtuning about as much as Rob. Rob just has the sense to actually downtune. Not for Brucie, who also does not need downtuning.

DISSBruce dont need layered vocals, he have Steve as backup.
Pretty good.
I truly, on a molecular level, on a spiritual level, do not understand how anyone could prefer Ripper's voice to.....pretty much anyone.Hmm, I actually prefer Ripper’s voice—much more than the one on the Armored Saint version.
To my ears, he really fits KK’s Priest vocally. That highly controlled shrieking—it works. In the context of Judas Priest, I actually like it. He kicks ass, imo.I truly, on a molecular level, on a spiritual level, do not understand how anyone could prefer Ripper's voice to.....pretty much anyone.
I'm not a fan of the debut album or this song, but the modern production gives it the necessary power. Ripper's vocals fit (overall, for a certain style/approach of metal). They made the song feel like it is a KK Priest one. They would probably play it live. KK made the solo to shine more.
