Please no, I'd hate that. It would be cool for that fan, but the audience is there to see Maiden, not a random person. I'd rather they'd invite past band members (like they did with Adrian on Running Free at Live At Donington 1992). Also, they used to have the crew, opening bands and some other...

    18th Studio Album discussion

Such an amazing and underrated track. The only part that really has no business being on a metal record is the natural harmonics riff that sounds like Steve, Dave and Janick are checking if their instruments are in tune. Some really fun and unorthodox melodies and riffs on that one.

Nah, it has Futureal, which is one of the best album openers in their discography. The Clansman is a beloved Harris epic as well. You know there's more to that album than just the chorus of TAATG, right? ;)

That's a thing I noticed too while listening to the bootlegs and I was wondering about it. Heaven Can Wait is another one. Even Bruce often just sings the "Heaven can" part and lets the audience sing the more difficult "wait" part. Blaze on the other hand usually sang the whole line, which...

    Guess The Iron Maiden Song!

Not the right songs, buuuut: That's the one! I wanted to continue with another bait clue: Waka Waka, the 2010 World Cup song, is about football but uses a soldier and the topic of war as a metaphor for playing on the pitch (technically it is a cover with a different meaning, but that goes...

    Guess The Iron Maiden Song!

Clue #1: The general topic of the mystery song we are looking for seems to be quite near and dear to the songwriter's heart.

Thinking about it there's nothing on POM that gets even close to the final minutes of SSOASS's title track (in my opinion of course). My favorite moment on POM is probably the instrumental and solo section of QFF (that lead tone!), but that pales in comparison to SSOASS.

Honestly? Why the hell not? I'd say go for it! Be honest and open about your expectations and concerns as you've been here (maybe don't lead with "you're not the wealthiest" though lol). You can reach out and if it doesn't work out you can simply step away again.

    USA Politics

Well, the premise of crime being high and the biggest problem is false in the first place. We have decades of data to analyze and can see that crime (with a few spikes here and there) has been steadily declining. Compare crime rates from today to the ones of the 90s and you'll see that things...

Growing up with Maiden and having their live albums be my main exposure to concerts in my formative years affected how I perceive certain things quite a bit. So many frontmen out there who are just utterly boring or have zero presence on stage. You'll often see vocalists just awkwardly move back...
