I enjoyed it as well, though it's one of those songs that could've been a bit shorter. Opening with a slow and plodding 8+ minute stomper is pretty unusual for Maiden.

My least favorite was when they opened with TNOTB in 2003. Super weird choice.

Depends on the show, I suppose. When I saw them live last year, Simon was fantastic all around. He has a different style than Nicko, which is not a bad thing.

Cool shirt. Many of the RFYL event shirts have Eddie in very similar looking poses though, which is a bit of a shame. It's a really cool design, but this one for example just looks like a slight edit of one of the other shirts, this time with a casket added instead of the previous background.

It's definitely not Simon's fault. This is clearly Bruce's problem, since he had the same exact issues in 2022, 2023 and 2024 when Nicko was still with the band.

I'll never understand how Bruce can sing for one of the biggest bands in the world, yet he can't sort out his timing issues. This has been consistently going on for years at this point.
