These are analog unencrypted, wide or narrow fm. With an RTL-SDR you probably can receive and record these. With one SDR you can probably record more than one at the same time

It's pretty easy actually, the IEMs operate in the TV UHF frequency range with FM modulation so you can technically capture them with an RTL SDR. Oh btw all 5 Japanese shows have IEM bootlegs
