I don't think Steve had any hair transplants. Back in 1999, I stood right next to him at a meet and greet, and you could already see gray roots. Steve dyes his hair regularly; he's actually completely gray. He’s definitely lost some hair, but he has bangs to cover up his high forehead a bit

The intro to Murders was a bit of and strange, I guess he was very nervous. The rest of the show seems pretty tight.

I think Infinite Dreams is sadly impossible. ME-Tour was the best spot to take it on the set, but they replaced it with Afraid ;( Distance Runner had also chances, beacause Steve mentioned in an interview before the tour it would be a good song. Sea of Madness seems to be too hard for Nicko...
