I'd say Megadeth's best four are head and shoulders above the best four of any of the others.

Maybe its just included in popular track lists, e.g. Ballads tracklist, rather than sought after by people?

Yes, that would have been better.

At least he had the courage to give it a go. It shows a lot of respect.

It's funny how people have such different tastes. For me Eternity has Failed and Resurrection Men are really stellar, top shelf songs. whereas Afterglow and Rain on the Graves are the worst on the album (not bad, just not as good as the other songs on that album)

I never read lyrics. Quite frankly I don't care what they sing about. It's just an excuse to put a vocal melody on the song. I'm just in it for the music. If it sounds good then I'll like it.

Wasting Love is OK, From here to eternity isn't good Apparation isn't good Fugitive isn't good Fear is the key isn't good Chains of misery isn't good Overall, I'd be happy just having the "Fear of the Dark" song and throwing away all the rest. Not enough good songs for an EP. Just release the...

I don't like much of Fear of the Dark. The title track is great though. Be quick or be dead is unique and interesting. Afraid to shoot strangers is pretty decent, but I don't think it has staying power (i.e. it was really enjoyable when first released, but I'm quite bored of it now). Most of...

I love No Prayer for the Dying. Great album, fantastic songs, Bruce sounds fantastic. I don't know why so many Maiden fans have any problem with it.

As I said, I find it weird because I don't wear jewelry and I just don't care about what wedding rings people wear. What I didn't mention was that people don't think when they are planning their wedding, whether their wedding ring will be cool enough for being on stage, and certainly they don't...

I have listened to Blaze's album twice now. I've listened to about 4 or five songs from JP's album. So far I'm thinking Bruce's album is head and shoulders above those two albums.

I find them really weird. They seem to like songs that are groove heavy. I wouldn't consider IM to be groovy, but Benjamin Breeg has a very strong driving groove. Normally these guys are, Wow, this is hot, ooh listen to that, that's great. Ohh so hot, right there. And then at the end, yeah...

Seems a bit naive really. The reality is that most fans like to hear good things about their bands/artist. Virtual XI and X Factor are a waste of space, I don't have them on my MP3 player.

Anyway, the point that I was making (and which seems to have been totally missed) was not about how dare Lost in Vegas not like Iron Maiden. But was, as a Maiden Fan, I want to hear critics say glowing things about the band, If they do, then I tune in, I follow them, subscribe, perhaps buy...
