Ah I forgot about that. It is also the underlying riff of Book of Souls pre-chorus (just slowed down). When I first heard this song, I wondered if maiden had reached their creative limits or not, with so many parts that seemed rehashed. Nevertheless an enjoyable song (without the long-ass intro)
Quite strange we dont have rest of the dates for 2026 tour yet. I wanted to see if there are dates for Japan or Australia so I could plan to go see them.
I see the pattern between both of your lists. Few that make sense to me and most that don't. Nevertheless it is nice to have this diversity in the fanbase. It means there is something for everyone throughout the maiden catalog

My least favorite reunion era album is TFF. I would place Senjutsu after BNW, DOD and AMOLAD. I liked Senjutsu more than BOS because i felt it's a lot more varied and overall, has a stronger set of songs. The title track of BOS is amazing though and only Parchment comes close to the epic feel of...
I think it would benefit the album if they record it soon after RFYL 2026 tour. The muscle memory of having played the classic catalogue might help them create more up tempo songs. Having Simon behind drums will also help inject more energy imo.

May be someone should whisper to Bruce that if recording a whole album is stressful for Steve then they could always release singles. One new song like TWOTW with a fresh video would keep the fans happy for a year.
17. Virtual XI
16. Iron Maiden
15. Killers
14. X Factor
13. No Prayer for the Dying
If the first 4 albums were sung by Bruce, i probably would have a different rating.
