Damn! I might be wrong, but I think this version of TRATB is actually faster than the BoS: Live Chapter one.

Not sure whether this has been posted before, but I absolutely love Janick's solo on here. Always thought his solo on HoE was underrated, but this one is especially great.

Senjutsu was the first album release by Maiden which I actively experienced since becoming a fan so there is some bias there. But it is still my favorite Maiden album after AMOLAD. It does not have too many songs I would consider a 10/10 but it is a very consistent album in my opinion. Like...

I think "The Sound of Distant Drums" would have been a cool alternate title for Senjutsu.

To be fair, with "somebody invented something", he COULD be referring to the lab theory, which isn't exactly an entirely baseless conspiracy theory. I don't necessarily interpret it as him denying the pandemic, though I could be wrong.

Not gonna lie, those backing vocals during the chorus are legit great, much better than what Steve and Adrian pull off.

I actually think BOS: Live Chapter is easily the best sounding Maiden live album ever in terms of production. The drums and the guitars in particular sound incredibly smooth and clear. So I think Newton definitely has it in him to mix a good live album. Though I do agree that Nights of The Dead...

Alchemy: Dire Straits Live

Pretty much every live version of The Trooper sounds more intense, heavier, just better than the studio version, which in my opinion, is due to the lackluster production of Piece of Mind.

Adrian's solo in TWOTW is already one of his best imo. The slight changes he has made to the live version make it even better. Can't wait do hear an official recording. Simply amazing.
