From personal experience, Trumpets probably has the most difficult chorus because it’s kinda got a few different peaks happening back and forth. Thel is about on the same level though. The Tower is the easiest of the three cuz you just go up and stay there.

I like “Sonata”. It definitely feels ad-libbed but it’s far from the worst thing he’s ever done. The chorus rules.

Yep, same for me. I think the last time I scored it it totaled to an 80% for me. No bad songs, just a bit of a hodgepodge and not as good as AoB, TCW, ToS, and Skunkworks. Also wish the production wasn’t so muddy.

They did include the Ripper albums in their full discography boxset not too long ago. Idk if you can get them separately though.

I dunno man, a cool riff is a cool riff. And to be clear, I don't love the song, it's easily the worst on the album, but even then it's only a 6/10 for me. I think the big thing with Caress is that it still sounds like classic Rush to me. And I love classic Rush.
