Actually I like murders as an opener. Not a big fan of the intro tho. I was thinking, before tour, that they will choose something to introduce Simon as a new drummer but that is not the best way of doing that.
I would prefer be quick as an opener or aces high.
At this point Painkiller is for them just like hallowed or fear for maiden - they must play it. TBH after seeing both setlists - Maiden & Priest - I'm must say, I would prefer to go to Judas Priest show.

One could argue that without such advanced stage production this tour would have been a big let down. Maybe the last tours have simply spoiled us with stage production & flow & unconventional song selection.
