OK, Drake has close to 60 million monthly listeners on Spotify, Maiden now has 7.7 million, and this increased significantly with the release of Senjutsu. I was surprised that the Maiden YT flag videos are still mostly below the 1 million mark or way lower, and the album songs are closer to 1...

I felt the same. It's a nice animation though, and I am happy that they want to appeal to a wider audience. Actually I would love to see the entire album animated this way! Halfway through the vid, I remember thinking, "now what's happening?", the pacing felt strange at times indeed.

How do you know they have booked a studio?

The noise at the very end reminds me of a Geiger-Muller counter, maybe the song was recorded in a harsh environment :)
