Now that's a badass solo. Makes me want a violin bow. If only they weren't so damn expensive :P
 
I tried it before using a bow from a friend of mine in the orchestra but it didn't sound right. Page had a lot of effects to help I suppose. That or I just wasn't holding it right. Probably a bit of both :P

They make e-bows now, which are also very cool and more compact. But those are just as expensive!
 
For sure. I really liked Page's playing on those later albums. I thought it blended better with the rest of the band , made the songs better.
 
I have rain. Much rain. Too much rain. It's raining to the north, too, which means it is flooding the parking lot at my work. Yep, park right on the river. Damn Mississippi. 500 year flood my ass. Now it's a 4 year flood.
 
I thought I found a good melody until I realized it was a melody from Childhood's End I was playing. Damn you Steve Harris! :p
 
I might be able to bottle one here at the moment. We've had hail twice this afternoon, and now the evil cloud of infernal darkness appears to have descended across the valley. I'm going offline if the thunder starts, I live in a tall building on a hillside, I don't what my modem fried.
 
Today, in my country it was the coldest 23 May ever measured: 10 degrees!!!!
In comparison: Last year on 23 May ==> 30 degrees.. (which is pretty high but still less abnormal).

Highest temperature ever recorded in Estonia: +35,6 C on August 11th 1992. Wouldn't have thought the record belongs to August.
The coldest is -43,5 C on January 17th 1940.
