Campaign 1: Hammer Battalion, Battle 2 - Arwen vs Battleroar

Arwen. Maybe this band is lost on me because I'm not a Tolkien fan, but cod is this one bad. This was the point during the preparations for the CHEESEVIVÖR where I stopped my research, because I knew I'd hit rock bottom. And if I hadn't, I don't want to know how much worse it can get.

Battleroar. The difference between this band and all others that style themselves as Greek warriors (Tierra Santa, Holy Martyr) is that these guys actually are Greek. And if you think about it, you can't really top the band name either.

Arwen were just bad. So were Battleroar, admittedly, but at least the chorus was memorable in an awkward way, like a first kiss or something. So I draw my sword and vote for them.

Arwen is the rock bottom. It's the rock bottom so much that I expected to look around and see Dwayne Johnson kicking around. That track was utterly atrocious.

Battleroar is also terrible, but slightly more fun.

Both terrible, but Battleroar was at least listenable.

Arwen sounds like a band that took all of the wrong kind of influence from Symphony X.
