Chemical Wedding, Gates Of Urizen, Killing Floor, TV broadcast on Viva Zwei's Virus show from Cologne '99 + nice bits of Bruce talking backstage between the songs.

I remember my first contact with Bruce's solo stuff. It was around that time, '98-'99, same TV, same show, playing The Tower promo video. First i freaked out when i heard the music and his voice in best shape ever, then i freaked out completely when i saw an utterly familiar person playing the white Jackson. Next day i had AOB, CW, and SFMB on the copied tapes ;)

R.I.P to best music TV station ever.

By the way, does anyone know how much of this pro-shot stuff there is? Seems like just three songs, because on part one he introduces himself, and on ending of part two stuff seems to end. Nevertheless, i wouldn't mind pro-shot fottage of euro leg of the CW tour...

1998 that was. Thanks for the cool links. :ok:
European Bruce-footage is rare, and besides, for the ones who didn't realize, this is The Guru, filling in for Roy Z!

Please use the "Bruce Dickinson video interviews / shows"-topic next time, so that we can form a nice video-collection, easier to retrace all that stuff.  :)

Uff yeah, it's '98 of course. Forgive my lapsus keyboardae, it was 5 AM :) Of course it's Guru, like Adrian described him, "this guy with weird clothes and really cocky moves".  :D

And mods can transfer last three posts to that topic.

Bruce Dickinson compact disc, Accident of Birth. Surely you knew that. :P

However, I did actually LOL at that. And your reply, Invader.

Today I watched the documentary belonging to the Halford DVD "Live at Rock in Rio III", and there's some cool footage of Bruce and Rob recording together "The One You Love To Hate".

They're really into it, a pleasure to see!  :)

No, sorry for the confusion. Only on DVD. With "belonging to" I meant "on". The concert is the main item. The documentary the 2nd.

Okay, since everyone else has listed other Maiden members' previous bands, I guess we should add Samson here, then.

Survivors (1979)- With Bruce on backing vocals only, I think.
Head On (1980)- First album with Bruce on lead vocals.
Shock Tactics (1981)
Live At Reading (1981)

The only Samson song I've actually heard is Bruce's live solo version of "Riding With the Angels" on Tatooed Millionaire, but I quite like it (and it happens to have my name in it!).
Bruce actually wore some makeup in Samson! He looked great.

No, that is impossible...

If one of the members on this site tries to e-mail each other,
the entire planet will have a 404, and God almighty will insert the
re-boot disc of Armageddon...

So don't do that...

Check out this phone interview I did with Bruce Dickinson around 1995. Just found it on microcassette and converted it to MP3. It is a pretty entertaining interview and he even threatened to kill me for saying that he looked like Kato Kaelin from the OJ Simposon trial with his new short hair. LOL! Just wanted to share this true Maiden fans.

Here's the link directly to the interview on my site:

His hair went off in 1996. So you probably did the interview in 1996 or later. Thanks for the link, I'll check it a.s.a.p.!  :ok:
