I didn't see a rule otherwise prohibiting them, so for threads like these I use them so my rating is more accurate. In the commentary thread polls I round them.

But what factors do you use to get it narrowed down to such a small number?

Big difference in opinions then, it's a 10/10 for me, used to be my fourth favorite song overall though. It's slipped a little but remains in the Top 15.
