This is closer than you might think for me. Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, Animals and The Wall was QUITE a run. I like Meddle a lot too. If this were just the Ozzy albums, I'd probably go with Floyd. But Heaven and Hell and Mob Rules put it over the top for me.

Now if it were "only" Ozzy- and Dio-Sabbath vs Floyd (one of the most mesmerizing bands ever), that would be a choice made with a little difficulty.
