This is very interesting!

Nephellim

Ancient Mariner
The first time I ever heard about Beckett was after Maiden covered 'Rainbow's Gold' ([a href=\'http://www.maidenfans.com/imc/?url=single11_2minutes/commentary11_2minutes&lang=eng&link=singles#track2\' target=\'_blank\']Click here if you have no idea what I am talking about.[/a]).

Now here is something quite interesting that I am sure all you Iron Maiden enthusiasts (and partisans in some cases [!--emo&;)--]/wink.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'wink.gif\' /][!--endemo--] ) may find quite interesting. It's another song from Beckett called "Life's Shadows"

Pay close attention to the lyrics as well as the music.

Credit goes to the webmaster of [a href=\'http://www.maiden.ch\' target=\'_blank\']Maiden.ch[/a] who discovered this and to another webmaster [!--emo&;)--]/wink.gif\' border=\'0\' style=\'vertical-align:middle\' alt=\'wink.gif\' /][!--endemo--] for sending me the file.

Hallowed Be Thy Name and The Nomad.

Which I found out after Maverick's disappointment at my knowledge of the Brave New World album...

Well, the song is very surrealistic, but to a Maiden fan -or at least to me- this is even more surrealistic than originally intended. Apart from that, I have to say it's a great song.
