Since Arsenal are out of the title race, they have decided to join the Manchester clubs and West Ham in the struggle for the Champions League spots.

Altho', having said that, I went for breakfast (as usual) at about 11 in the morning (city centre) & there were bouncers on the doors of pubs & meat wagons by the dozen.

Unfortunately not. PSV's program looks slightly easier, although they'll meet a club fighting against relegation (we say degradation), if they aren't relegated by the time they meet.

Ajax will meet the current number 5 (FC Utrecht) @home, 12 and 13 (one of these away).
PSV will meet the current number 8 (Vitesse (Arnhem)) @home, 14 and 18 (one of these away).

Ajax - PSV was 1-2 (last October)
PSV - Ajax was 0-2 (last month)

Ajax was very lucky last weekend. They were 2-1 behind but got back to 2-2 because of this penalty which does not look like a (deserved) penalty:

This decision caused lots of anger among PSV fans and others who have enough of Ajax and their eternal "luck".

I wasn't paying attention to FPL, just realized I picked up 147 points last week. :eek: Had Alexis Sanchez on triple captain and he scored 3.
 
Trabzonspor-Fenerbahçe match has stopped at the 89th minute because Trabzonspor fans jumped onto the field and beat up the referee. They were down 0-4. (Fair and square, too, Fenerbahçe mopped the floor with them)

Not even surprised. Fuck Trabzon, fuck Trabzonspor. Racist, bigoted, hateful pieces of shit. This is far from being their first strike. Their fans attacked the Fenerbahçe team bus with rifles last season. And their chairman held referees hostage after a match this season.

This isn't just about football. Turkey is a fucking shithole. Ignorance, racism, bigotry and hatred runs rampant. No wonder it's going down the drain.
 
Leicester City are gonna win the Premier League. Leicester. City. They absolutely deserve it but it's still so unreal. Biggest football surprise since Greece winning EURO 2004.
 
It makes such a change. We're so used to the same few clubs dominating for years at a time, it's about time someone smaller and more unassuming did it.
